Wondering if i've downloaded the software that admin mentioned with what the next steps are. I was issued a warning by the chat box moderators and they said i needed help what do i do if i have all the software of which i do have now? at the moment it seems like i don't have a clue and would like some instructions please.

The 2 links I gave you in the bottle I sent you (for downloading screencap software) were as follows:

I suggest you start with the first one - etrusoft - and download the product !Quick Screen Capture.
Once you've installed the program on your computer it shouldn't take you long to work out how to use it to make a simple screencap. If you've installed the program already, go to the Capture option on the top menu and from the Capture dropdown menu select the option Full Screen - that should you get you started.

My suggestion is that you need to resize it then. You should have Paint on your computer. Look under Accessories. Open the image with Paint and resize the image to make it smaller. That should do the trick.

Talking of Paint, it's probably worth mentioning that making screencaps is a lot easier than you might think. And I mean a lot easier! Never mind about downloading software or anything that complicated, all you have to do when you're viewing a stream is press Ctrl and Prt Scr and that captures the page for you. Then go to Paint and press Ctrl and V and your captured image is pasted into the page for you. Simple! And if you want you can edit it as necessary using the tools in Paint, crop it down to size or whatever. Told you it was easy!
